Business is business - or is business personal?

As an entrepreneur, business owner, CEO, Founder, or however we title ourselves, we ARE our business. So, yes Business is Business, AND Business is Personal.

In what way do you need to stand up for yourself? Maybe there is a decision that you’ve been wanting to make that doesn’t seem like a “good'' decision for your business but you can see that it WILL be good for YOU?

A great example of a decision like this is hiring help. Hiring help means spending money when for so long maybe WE have been doing the work. Do you tell yourself that by doing it yourself, it doesn’t cost anything?

YOUR time, your energy, your well-being, these all have a cost. Please don’t think they don’t. In fact, the value of your own time, energy, and well-being is probably (likely) WAY HIGHER than any money you would spend to hire someone whose expertise, experience, and energy have amazing value as well! The amount of money you spend to hire them to do the things they’re great at, to allow you the time and energy to do what you’re great at, is WORTH IT!

YOUR time, energy, and wel-lbeing are WORTH IT! An exchange of value, money for time and expertise, is completely worth it, too. And by making this business decision, you’re standing up for yourself in a really important way.

Stand up for yourself. You matter!
